Here's how to advertise and sell your house or vacant lot on the PSLhome web site!

1)   Mail check made out to Jim Powell for $199.00 or $299.00 for the deluxe package to:          Jim Powell, PO Box 483, Palm City, FL 34991

2)   Include a lot tax ID number, address, or legal. Also include the owner's mailing address, name, and telephone number(s) or E-mail address (for buyers to contact).

3)   Please also include the asking price for the house or lot and any six or seven word description you may want on the lot page.

4)   If you are advertising a house; a photo or two and a floor plan, if available, should be E-mailed as attachments to info@PSLhome.com! If no photo is furnished the one used on the Property Appraiser's web site will be used unless otherwise advised.

5)   As a special benefit to builders, we also link to acceptable web sites on each lot page.

Allow five to seven days for the web page introduction and two weeks for the lot sign placement and deluxe package "helpful hints"/contract mailing.
